Plussed with glass and pewter, this magnificent piece- one of the most unusual and elaborate sculptures ever crafted by the Walt Disney Classics Collection-captures every fearsome detail of Maleficents terrifying transformation, reflecting the sublime artistry of Walt Disneys animated classic Sleeping beauty. This unbelievable sculpture of Maleficents transformation is entitled Evil Eruption and was sculpted by Ruben Procopio.
The piece is a numbered limited edition number 186 of only 500 pieces and will have a 50th Anniversary Backstamp. Its 15 ¼ in height and releases in Mid-October 2009. Comes with certificate of authenticity. The majority of sculpture is porcelain Dragon at top, Clouds on top and bottom, etc.
The Maleficent sculpture inside the glass is resin. The glass used is smooth and tinted green and there are vertical narrow marks that create a different texture on the surface. One of the most unusual and elaborate sculptures ever crafted by the Walt Disney Classics Collection. Maleficent is plussed with glass and pewter. This item is in new condition with no chips cracks or crazing.
