WDCC Adventures of Mr. Toad Ichabod Crane Sleepy Hollow Headless Horseman damage

For sale I have a Disney WDCC Adventures of Mr. Toad and Ichabod Crane figurine from Sleepy Hollow featuring the Headless Horseman on horseback and Ichabod on his horse. Unfortunately the Headless Horseman's horse has broken free of the base, and one of the Horseman's leg and foot has broken off. There are some other minor chips here and there.

I think all the major pieces are here but without being able to put it back together I can't be sure. I believe this is porcelain so I don't know if it can be repaired, but if it can you could end up with a cool piece for a fraction of the cost of a new one. My roommate was an artist who once worked for Disney and he bought this in this broken with the intention of fixing it, he just didn't get to it before he passed, so that makes me think it can be repaired.

I will wrap the base separately to prevent further damage. There is no box or COA, only the original styrofoam packing.

If packing peanuts are used in your packing, they are biodegradable.
