This is the It's a Small World Holland Ontluikende Vriendschap (Blossoming Friendship) Boy with Tulip figurine presented by the Walt Disney Classic Collection in the 2000s. As you can see by the photos this has never been removed from the box, and like brand new. I'm the original owner and kept it stored in a safe dry closet all these years. Thank you for taking a look.
