WDCC - "Seaside Serenade" Ariel from Walt Disney's The Little Mermaid. The figurine is in excellent condition and comes with the box and COA. The COA is signed by the artist Kent Melton! Please see the photos for a better description. The box does some light shelf wear from storage.

These figurines are part of a massive estate. I do not know whether they were displayed and if so for how long, so to be safe I always list Disney figurines as "used".
